Processing Time Every Black Throttle Supply item is made to order, just for you. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (where available)
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. Please plan accordingly, especially around holidays.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned!
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
Lost or Delayed Packages We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at blackthrottlesupply@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
